JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Factory Head/ Manager
Location: Wada
Experience: 8-15 years
Education: Science Graduate / Any Graduate (with Good Experience in manufacturing Unit ) Monitoring inward outward movement of stocks.
Stock & stores management
Labour management (wages, attendance, leaves etc.)
Monitoring work at the factory
Handle team in the factory
Carrying out various activities at the factory
Preparation of commercials, bills such as e-bills.
Looking after purchase requirement and purchase related ideas
Batch production planning at the factory
Implement systems at factory level
Documentation work
Handing Petty cash expenses
Responsible for local purchases at factory
Good decision making skills
Qualification
Science Graduate / Any Graduate

8 – 13 years
